Excellent. (8.3). Dirt and grime, this should soak out. A few scratches and minor scuffs. A few minor fisheyes as well. Small open bubble or two. Looks like it will clean up to be a superb example! Unusual variety with the property details in a narrow line down the front as well.. Estimate: $50-75
