Very Good. Very difficult to grade as although it is not damaged, this is a very crudely made piece with a stamp that is largely illegible. There are black lumpy flecks on the upper parts of the shoulder and the upper and side lip. There is one small glaze flake on the side lip, 5 x 3 mm but just through the glaze. Under the right front base is a small flake chip, 10 x 4 mm. There are a couple of patches of rust, which should soak out. There are plenty of crude potting marks, this is a nice example of Tasmanian pottery, even with the difficult to see stamp this is a nice item. Grade: 7.75 Estimate: $75 - 125
