No embossing - Very unusual early patent Codd bottle. Smooth base. Aerated Water Codd Applied top. Four pinched in sides at shoulder and wide ring at lower neck. Very "square" edged base like early narrow neck Codds. Aqua. 10 oz. 248 mm. 1870s
Excellent. Really unusual Patent Codd that appears to be very early. In great condition with some scratches and scuffs to the surface. Marble inside is worn. A couple of very minor open bubbles on the surface. This is the only example we've seen of a beautiful early patent bottle. Grade: 8.4 Estimate: $400 - 600
