Good. Most unusual squat shape bottle. The upper lip has been slightly ground, there is a dint to the rear lip which is likely where a small chip has been partially ground to smooth the edges and partially disguise it. This has not been a big chip at any stage. This bottle is polished. It is still dull in the neck, in the grooves and tear drops. The embossing has been protected, subsequently scratches are still quite evident around the embossing. Some fisheyes to be found. The trade mark is very heavily embossed, it does have some pits and impact marks to the rear leg. Small thin shallow flake to rear body. Seam lines are not visible. Still has evidence of scratches and little pit marks to the body, however, this is a solid example of a very rare pictorial codd bottle from Sydney, only a handful are known in collections.
