Near Mint. One of the best examples that you will find. These nearly always have a lip chip or a crack, when you can find one at all that is. The lip on this is perfect. 7 x 3 mm pottery pull underneath from making. This has ML in white under the base. This was likely to signify that it was part of the late Max Longford collection.
