Excellent. The body has dirt and grime, but no damage. This even has the original tap marked Doulton. The insert (Receiver) has a couple of hairlines near where the drain comes through the middle at the bottom. The top part of this drain is actually the limestone filter, so the water would be poured into the large bowl, would flow through the limestone filter through the drain and into the body of the outer shell, whereby it could be poured through the tap. The lid has a couple of outer chips. The under side inner flange is heavily chipped. An interesting filter made by Royal Doulton. Grade: 8.5 Estimate: $75 - 100
