Very Good. OK, no idea here, suffice to say it was found in Victoria. German writing translates to something like "For a wine bottle / For a liter bottle". Not being a litre in size, maybe this was something that was mixed with wine, one bottle of this to a litre of wine? A patent bottle, has an unusual lip formation that looks like it was meant to be applied to some contraption? Really unusual piece all round. Some stain throughout, slightly swirled at the surface. A few scratches and one or two fine impacts. Spot or two of rust. Grade: 7.7 Estimate: $20 - 30
