Fair. Large open bubble near front base, 19 x 6 mm. Heavily stained, etched, scuffed, scratched, plenty of fisheyes and impact marks including a section of pitted impact marks towards rear base. Yes, this is a bit down, has been rolling around in sand for years by the looks of it. Could do with a polish, but I would NOT recommend it in this case! This is an extremely rare Kelly & Co from Hobart. The writing is sand blasted and so a polish would remove this as well. Kelly & Co is able to be seen reasonably easily with light behind, a bit of chalk may show this up OK. Hobart is more difficult though as it is under a section of heavier wear. On certain angles you can just make out this writing. An exceptional rarity! Grade: 5.7 Estimate: $200 - 250
