Repaired. Not sure how much of the lip is repaired, but the overpainting pretty much starts at the bottom of the bulbous part of the top. Discolouration, this is rusty and gets stronger closer to the base. A few scratches. Quite solid for the most part, a better repair will leave a nice enough example of a rare bottle.
