1. Very Good. Different to the example sold in Auction 24 which was Fowler made, this is a Bakewell bottle. Three or four flakes to the upper lip. Tiny nick to rear shoulder edge. Some making marks and glaze misses around the base edge. A few little glaze flakes to the body. Scratches scattered around. Texta mark to rear. Writing has been highlighted with chalk. 2. Good. Very unusual in this dark colour! Wear through glaze around the upper lip with one or two flakes as well. Hairline starts at upper rear lip and goes down the entire length of the rear to the base edge. Small chip to right shoulder edge, some wear otherwise to the shoulder. Couple of little pottery blow outs to the rear. Some minor glaze wear in places. Some scratches. Crude glaze drips to be found. A nice bottle. Grade: N/A Estimate: $75 - 100
