Large 9 in an indented oval at the shoulder. Large Pontil scar to base. Early Glass Demijohn Carboy or Demijohn. Applied top. Green. About 2 Gallon. 452 mm. 1850s
Excellent. Heavy applied top. 90 mm scratch to one side near the base. Some light scuffs and marks. Quite a bit of wear on the base from years of use. Whittled and some wonderful mould lines and marks. Beautiful piece of glass. Grade: 8.8 Estimate: $200 - 250
