Near Mint. Quite a stunning piece, one of four from the same chemist in this auction. An early piece of milk glass, the paper label is discoloured with a few tears. The original cork is stuck in place. The lip edge has some nicks from making, the gold leaf design is amongst these, so definitely from making. There are a few scratches to the painted design around the shoulder edge. These are not deep. A few other scratches and minor marks. Historically important chemist item sourced from the chemist shop of Holden & Mellowship, Hindmarsh. Grade: 9.3 Estimate: $200 - 300
