Near Mint. An absolute beauty, and not one we have sold before! Little scuff to front upper lip. Thin band of rust to lower lip, probably where the original wire had been in place for years in a cellar, I doubt this has been buried. Pretty much no shoulder marks. Base edge is fine, there is a small, thin potters pull under the base and a nick or two from making. A few surface marks here and there that will likely clean off, one or two may be discoloured spots. Crude lumps from making. A few scratches. Just a great bottle all round. Grade: 9 Estimate: $200 - 300
