Fair. Polished. Oiled internally, some oil residue on inner base. Inner lip flake has been ground back. Flat spot to base edge where chip has been ground out. This has been terribly polished, hand work beforehand involved using the coarsest grinder known to man kind. Subsequently, there are grind marks throughout that have not been polished out. Remains of fisheyes and scratches. This is still dull. Purely a shelf filler until you get a better example, which wouldn't be hard as any example would be better than this.
