Good. Lets start by saying this is not only large, but exceedingly HEAVY! Pick up only here, or postage at cost from Pack and Send, which won't be cheap. From a Hunter Valley pottery, this is a different colour to the other one on offer in this auction, more closely resembling a convict style of glaze. From the rim above the left handle is a separated crack coming down about 320 mm. This then joins a horizontal hairline going around the body. 40 x up to 40 mm flaked chip to front near base edge. Couple more chips to right base edge. Another smaller flaked chip to rear base edge. Some stain. Some crazed lines bordering on hairlines. With the wide crack, we'd recommend pick up for this item, it may not do well in transit. Grade: 6 Estimate: $75 - 125
