Little brown glazed lidded jar. Two characters on base. Chinese Brown Lidded pottery jar. Brown Glaze. 33 mm with lid. Mid to late 1800s
Repaired. The jar has been in three pieces and nicely glued back together. The lid has two pieces glued together and is missing a 19 x 6 mm piece to the edge. Despite these defects this is a great piece. Not sure I've even seen such a small one of these before. Displays well, another nice piece of Australian found Chinese pottery.
