1. Excellent. Not sure on age, guessing 1880s, but could go either way. Definitely seems to have some age to it. The chain is a new addition with the copper rings at each end, the rest of the fittings look to be original to this piece. Some discoloured crazing throughout. Has a wooden display stand as well. 2. Fair. Damaged top. Some rust has been stuck on part of the side and lifted part of the surface when removed over about 18 x 15 mm. Cracks across and around the base that look like they have been stabilised as well. These also seem to arc up the side. Maybe repaired or even how it was made? Good looking piece of Australian found Chinese ware anyway. Grade: N/A Estimate: $70 - 100
