Very Good. Polished. Looks to be some very minor lip work. Smooth surfaces. Remains of some pitting and scratches. Has been a heavy scuff across the top of the trade mark that just remains, probably from where some grinding has been done to a shallow chip above the trade mark. Still has copper from the polish in the groove in the lip. Pretty decent example of a scarce Melbourne codd. This is the same example that we sold in Auction 26. Grade: 7 Estimate: $300 - 400
