Good. (N/A). Heavily flaked around the screw holes at each end, though the right end is worse, and also bent. Between Ice and Cream there is a bend in the sign which has caused flaking as well. Some other minor flakes and rust to the edges. A bit of discolouration. Some scratches. Quite a nice looking sign which looks to be reasonably early.. Estimate: $50-75
