Good. (N/A). Tear across the upper right and fold and tear to the upper left. Some stain and water damage around the edges and the back. Little tears down the right side. Bit of a mark lengthwise down the right too. Little fly spots and things over the surface. Will clean up better. Quite a nice piece as it is. Estimate: $50-100
