Very Good. (N/A). What a fantastic piece of history! The Bedford Brick Works. King and Cowper Streets, St. Peters with a picture of the brickworks! Also with details about a bank long gone, the Commercial Banking Company of Sydney Limited which were in Waterloo and Alexndria in New South Wales! There is a tear to the top of about 27 mm. Some foxing to the corners and edges. Some stains here and there. Couple of bends. A truly unique item, I doubt you will come across many of these. Estimate: $20-30
