Very Good. (7.5). Some crazing from manufacture. Fine hairline near rim. Some spots of wear to the high points in places. Not sure what this potters stamp is? Exactly the same plate was made by Salins in France, a bit odd to see this with a different potters stamp. Estimate: $30-50
