N/A. (N/A). 1. EXC. Listed in beers due to the style of bottle, but with Imperial Preserving Co on it, probably not a beer? Some inner dirt which should soak out. A few little fisheyes and impact marks. Some scratches and minor marks. Nice looking bottle. 2. VG. Nibbled, deep wear to right outer lip over about 10 mm. Fine wear around the remainder of the outer lip crown. Nick or two to base edge. Nibbled spot of wear or two to embossing. Scratches scattered throughout, giving this a bit of a dull appearance. Interesting bottle, the maker of which used to work for the company that made Boshter Beer, then went out on his own and you will find court proceedings regarding this Genbos Beer in 1930s newspapers. Only the second one we have handled, check the Boshter we have in this auction and you will see why there were court cases! 3. VG. Tiny nick to rear lip. Some fine inner dirt which will soak out. A few little nibbles to the seam around the base edge. A little crate wear to the base edge embossing. Some scratches and scuffs. Only the second one we have sold. See the Genbos beer in this auction as well, there were court proceedings between these two companies, and for obvious reasons! Estimate: $30-60
