Burke's / (Three Stars) / Finest Whiskey in the World. No potters stamp.. Spirits. Whisky/Whiskey. Two tone, tan top, off white body. Black Print. 1 Quart. 210 mm. 1910s
Very Good. (7.2). Left rear lip has a horseshoe crack, this at the left end goes up 7 mm to the outer lip, then along the upper lip about 13 mm, then down the lip again about 7 mm. A few little nicks to the heel, possibly making marks, though very minor regardless. Bottom of the jug below the bulge is quite discoloured, probably the way it was made. A bit of fine speckled discolouration to the body, again likely from making. Some scratches and minor marks. A few spots of wax or similar to the body, this has probably been used as a candle holder at some stage. Estimate: $200-300
