Very Good (7.6). Grimy, this should clean out. Right hand side of blue print is smudged. Some making splits under base. Harry Knapman-Jones was the hotelier at the Southwark Hotel in 1939 at least, not sure how long either side of that. A great item. Estimate: $20-30
