A Letter From the Diggings. Pot Lid Prattware Coloured Pratt Lid, large size. 105 mm. 1860s
Very Good. The only thing stopping this from being Excellent is a flange chip underneath, 17 x 10 mm. There are two other insignificant flakes from the underside of the flange where it meets the pot base. This lid does NOT come with a base. There are some light scratches on the face, standard for a lid of this type that would have been in use. This is a hard to get pratt lid with a goldfields link, and does bear the name J Austin within the badge on the front. Grade: 7.5 Estimate: $100 - 150
