Group of 6 Martin & Pleasance chemist bottles. All embossed Martin & Pleasance / Homeopathic Chemists. The two larger Oblong shapes have W in a bevelled rectangle to the base, all the others are M basemarks. Sizes on the shoulders of the "Phenix" shaped varieties. Medicine Chemist 3 are oblong or Blake shape in 6 oz, 4 oz and 2 oz sizes, Pale blue aqua - ice blue coloured. The other 3 are Melbourne glassworks versions of the "Phenix" shape and in 8 oz, 6 oz and 3 oz sizes and all are pale blue aqua. N/A. 1880s-1900s
Generally dull/stained condition. All grade between high Good to high Very Good. The middle sized Blake shape has a chip to the side lip (7 x 3 mm). The large "Phenix" has a couple of really tiny nibbles to the front lip and the small "Phenix" has a very shallow 12 x 3 mm sliver off the side lip and a little mark to the front lip.
