C. E. Graham / Portarlington. Base: M. Aerated Water Codd Four way or Dobson type. Spun on top. Aqua. 10 oz. 236 mm. 1910s
Very Good. Solid enough and a very rare item but with lots of little impact and fisheye type marks to the surface especially around the top, shoulder and base. Extremely strong embossing that is a bit rough in places. Scratches and scuffs over the surface and dullness inside. In fact, some dull patches externally as well. There is an 8 x 4 mm bruise to the back lip and a shallow 6 x 2 mm fracture to the top of the left side lip. Very rare country Victorian codd (possibly the only complete example?) but needs a bit of work to bring out its best. Grade: 7.05 Estimate: $200 - 300
