Excellent. A bit of wear to some of the letters and a scuff mark to one of the sides embossed with "Teacher's". There are a few small nicks in the glaze that are just through the glaze. Inside needs a clean. It was quite grimy when we got it and still needs a bit more of a clean, especially amongst the lettering but generally this is a really nice condition advertising piece.
