With original wire bail and Bilz- / depot printed porcelain stopper. Base: M. Partial label to back is from Chas Cole Lemonade Gheringhap st., Geelong. Cole used this same type of bottle with his own embossing so when Bilz closed probably also grabbed those bottles. Aerated Water Lightning Stopper Champagne shape with ring around neck. Applied double collar top with groove between the collars. Amber with hints of olive. 13 oz. 258 mm with stopper.. 1900s-1910s
Near Mint. Crudely made with nice swirls through the glass. There are some light marks and a couple of shallow burst bubbles, including one on the front shoulder that is 10 x 2 mm. Nice colour and great to have all the original wire bail and stopper in place. the stopper has a small flake where the wire clamps down on it. Great little bottle. Grade: 9.3 Estimate: $80 - 120
