Prattware style lid: "Eastern Repast" Lady with lute being served drinks etc. (Actually made by Mayer rather than Pratt). Pot lid Prattware Round basically flat lid. Multi-coloured. 84 mm diameter. Lid No 98 (?) from "Pot-Lids" by K. V. Mortimer. 84 mm diameter. 1870s
Good. Face is really nice with bold colours. There is some rust stain on the right hand side that should soak out and a small glaze flake in the border at about 2 o'clock. The rim is also in good order but the flange has three repaired areas. The first is quite large being around 60 mm in total length. The second is around 30 mm and the last approximately 15 mm. More stain is evident underneath the lid. A nice item when on display but with the faults mentioned. Does not come with a base. Grade: 6 Estimate: $150 - 200
