Brass Cricket belt buckle with crossed cricket bats in front of stumps and two cricket balls in the middle, wreath design around this. Ornate border, this also has an ornate reverse. Miscellaneous Buckle Brass cricket buckle. This is an insert type, with the main front badge being a separate part which is attached to the rest of the buckle. The main body of this buckle is heavier than normal, and oddly has a design on the rear, looks like a Malteses Cross design. Still has the clip and the bar on the back. 75 x 54 mm. 1870s
Excellent. Couple of very minor bends. Still has all the detail, still has the original dirt on it, this was just rinsed under water when found. A superb piece! Grade: 8.5 Estimate: $150 - 200
