Very Good. Large chip to the handle over about 60 mm along one edge of the handle. Interestingly part of this looks to have glaze over it so perhaps in part a manufacturing fault. Similarly there is a 15 x 4 mm chipped area at the top of the back lip but again there is some glaze over most of this. Glaze is very speckled with a discoloured appearance. Some gouges and marks from manufacture to the front. Under the base are a couple of chips or clay pulls from the potters wheel. Very crude item and nice enough example. Grade: 7.2 Estimate: $250 - 300
