Excellent. A great, early American ink bottle. This has a crude neck seam that is sharp and nibbled. Unusual neck inclusion does not seem to have any damage. Crude deep making fold in glass across the upper body. Tiny flake to one base corner. A few usage scratches. From the famous ink collection of Bert Hayward, Bert was on the cover of the Australian Bottle Review in February 1976 with his display of inks! Grade: 8.5 Estimate: $150 - 200
