Fair. Down the entire right side is a crack, widest at the top narrowing as it goes towards the base. This was from making, as was sometimes seen in the day they crudely tried to fix it. In this case, they wound wire around the middle and just under the rim and twitched it together. Some discolouration. There are a few scratches near the base on the right. Small hairline to left rim and another near base. Still has the filter internally. The handles are modelled on lion heads. One or two flakes, some grime and some rust stain. The correct lid is in place, this has some cracks and possibly a piece or two have been glued back into place. Chip to spigot hole on front, this also has a larger spigot hole to the rear. Some flakes and minor chips too. A superb filter, looks great from the front. The crack does detract of course, but the rudimentary original repair makes up for that. Grade: 5 Estimate: $100 - 150
