Excellent. A stunning piece of pottery, this is from one of the Tasmanian Potteries, probably Campbell's. Discoloured spots to the lip are simply glaze misses from manufacture. In fact, the only marks that I can see are all from manufacture. A wonderfully crude piece of pottery, there are lumps, bumps, little blow outs, iron spots and flecks throughout - all making marks! Print is a little light, but better than average for the Campbells made demijohns. A few pottery pulls under the base. Very rare in this smaller size, don't miss this opportunity.
