Sturgeon's / Preserved Milk. No makers milk. Aerated Water Torpedo Applied square lip. Bulged neck. Aqua. 26 oz. 262 mm. 1850s
Very Good. 9 x 5 mm chip to upper right rear lip goes down up to 2 mm at the worst. The front left upper lip has a shallow flake over about 16 x 5 mm, this is very shallow over the most part. A bit of light patchy haze internally. A few scuffs and scratches down the front. Little surface bubble to rear. Some other light scuffs and scratches. A shiny bottle with lovely whittle to the glass. I have listed this under aerated waters purely to slot it in amongst teh torpedo bottles, however, it is as it says on the bottle, a milk bottle! And what a milk bottle it is! A very rare and very early piece, these are highly desired Worldwide. Grade: 7.4 Estimate: $1500 - 2000
