Near Mint. The trade mark seems to be a lion headed fish of some sort, which I believe is known as a Leokampoi. You see plenty of Winsor and Newton pieces around, this is the first one I have ever seen with the original metal cap, original label and the contents as well! Just minor marks to be found. Grade: 9.4 Estimate: $10 - 20
