Good. About a 35 x 8 mm section of the upper rim has been repaired, this is under the lid when it is in place. Stained throughout, internally the inner base has some heavier stain. Fine crazing throughout. A few fine scratches. The lid looks the part, not sure it is original for this piece. This has heavy rusty crazing. A series of small flakes around the rim as well. This is a dug item, and has seen some use, hence the staining. As to age, I am not sure entirely, but would be 1920s-1930s. Quite possibly an early Portmeiron Pottery piece, not one of their later pieces. Grade: 6.5 Estimate: $$100.00 - $150.00
