Good. Chip through ncy of agency has been restored. Some restored chips down right side. Flaked section to the 3,000,000 has been stuck back into place or restored. Restoration to ion of compensation and to right over part of pound symbol. Some restored chips along bottom edge. Extensive repairs to bottom left section and right up left side. Restoration to the th of south. Plenty of scratches and pitted wear type marks. The trade mark looks untouched.
