Excellent. Actually, probably should be a higher grade as the only marks in this are from making. There is a bit of fine wear to the shoulder edge, this is purely on the surface of the glaze and not through the glaze. Heavy crazing to be found. Body has some discolouration, probably from making. Black potters marks scattered throughout. Some small spots of white paint to be found, simply overspray from a painting job elsewhere. Couple of small pottery blowout type marks under the base. Fantastic, drippy glaze comes down a fair way on the body. This has the early Bennett stamp used shortly after the pottery was established in 1887. A wonderful looking piece.
