All are very good plus. The Belmont pattern was used by Doulton in the 1930s, this refers to the pattern around the edge. The blue Latin Logo has been added to the Belmont pattern in this instance, most Belmont plates do not have this. This Latin translates to "Let Him Who Has Earned It Bear The Reward." This phrase was used by many institutions over the years, and so it is unknown who these plates were made for. I have not checked them all thoroughly, but they all seem undamaged. No chips to the rims. Gold leaf has wear. These have been used and so there are scratches to the face. Some crazing as well. A nice set of plates. Grade: N/A Estimate: $50 - 75
