Globe shaped bottle with long neck. Pontil scar to base. Early Glass Black Glass Globe shape. Long neck. Applied top. Amber. About 5 oz. 130 mm. 1840s-1850s
Good. Great piece of early glass. 4 x 3 mm chip to the inner lip. Above this is an indent in the lip that looks to be from making. Quite a few folds and the like through the top. Surface is dull and scratched. Remains of a capsule around the neck. Crude pontil scar to base. Grade: 6.7 Estimate: $30 - 40
