Good. A nice thick cardboard shop sign for "T" Boots. It is foxed around the edges. There are some stains and discolouration. A hole at the top where it would have been mounted somewhere. Some scratches. A really great looking piece of advertising, T Boots were advertising in newspapers in the 1910s and 1920s, not sure on age of this, I am guessing later than that?
