Ribbed Amber Cylinder. Base Mark: Dot. Spirits Bitters Applied top. 7 ribs around upper body, another 7 ribs around lower body. Amber. 26 oz. 258 mm. 1880s
Good. Little surface bruise to outer lip. 20 mm fracture along the shoulder. Little nibbled flake to the base edge. Inclusion to second rib down from the top has a short fine fracture from it. Stained throughout, a little opalescent in places. Scratches throughout with some dull wear as well. Interesting bottle, we have suggested bitters, but could have been anything in reality. Grade: 6.6 Estimate: $30 - 40
