C. Dobell / Korumburra. Base Mark: (AGM monogram). (Victoria) Aerated Water Internal Thread Applied top, tooled finish. Aqua. 26 oz. 258 mm. 1920s
Excellent. A 7 mm scratch to the front right upper lip edge has a very shallow flake from it over 4 x 5 mm. Some very fine haze to the inside in the shoulder region. Some very little spots of surface rust to be found. A scuffed scratch down the front left near the seam, this is only on the surface and by no means deep. Half moon fisheye to mid rear is small. Some glass folds to heel from making. Some light scratches and minor marks. Great embossing has only minor marks. This bottle was found under a house, so is in great condition. W. Dobell internal threads are extremely rare, you can count them on one hand. HOWEVER, NOTE that this is not a W. Dobell! This is a C. Dobell - which we have never heard of!
