Repaired. The top part of the top (above the ring) has been badly overpainted. It is hard to tell just what has been rebuilt or filled under this as the paint is very thick. The rest of the bottle is superb! Would be well worth getting a good repair done to the top. Grade: 0 Estimate: $30 - 50
