Excellent. Both the lid and base are stamped: Shield Reg No / 400488. The lid has a bit of grime, some wear to the gold leaf in places and some flaking to the painted design on one side. A few little spots of glaze wear. The base is a bit grimy, some discoloured spots and spots of wear. Wear to the gold leaf. Some scratches. A lovely, early dairy related item.
