Good. This is a rare demijohn, likely a chemical demijohn, although a bit odd with the shiny glaze for a chemical demijohn. We sold one in auction 15 but it was 30 mm shorter. This one looks to be a 3 gallon example? There is no stopper with this one, some discolouration around the lip. Tiny inner flake or two. Some grime around the top. The front has a discoloured hairline down about 185 mm to the left. The rear has a hairline starting at the base of the handle down about 100 mm to an impact flake and then continuing a further 150 mm or so. Small flake or two to base edge. A rare piece, the first we have sold in this larger size. Grade: 6.6 Estimate: $100 - 150
