Fair. Heavily faded, there is a word above Co-Op and one beside Gippsland, Co-Operatieve and the end of Melbourne that cannot be seen at all now. What is in place has been highlighted with a red pen. You can see that there was some red print initially, so this is not manufactured from a plain piece of wood, but much of the print was very hard to see prior to the highlighting.
